Order Calculation

To view the total cost of your order, add the desired items to your cart. Once you are finished shopping, click “checkout” and you will be directed to the checkout page. Your total will be calculated in US dollars and will not be inclusive of duties and taxes from the US to your selected international destination.

  Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation number as well as an email that includes your order confirmation number and total for your purchase. Please note, this total does not include any customs, tariffs, or taxes your country may charge. Please see below.

  Customs, Tariffs And Taxes

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.   Order Status

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by signing into My Account and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, email us at service@olilokids.com.

  Credit Cards

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship; your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically. If an item is back-ordered, you will not be charged for that item until it ships.

  Shipping

Please note that olilo items are limited edition + made to order. Orders will ship within 72 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 5 days to ship. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Once shipped, orders to international destinations will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days via the United States Postal Service. Any applicable duties and taxes will be assessed upon delivery, to be paid by the order recipient.
